01The app
Pulse is a journal: it keeps the entries, moods, photos, voice notes and places you add, and shows them back to you as a timeline, calendar, insights and reminders. It is provided free of charge.
02Your journal is yours, and so is keeping it safe
Everything you add stays on your device, and you are responsible for it. Pulse has no cloud copy: if you lose or reset your phone, or remove the app, your journal goes with it unless you have exported a backup. Export backups regularly and keep them somewhere safe.
03Insights are not advice
Moods, streaks and recaps reflect what you entered. They are not medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.
04Maps and place search
Maps and place suggestions come from OpenStreetMap and its contributors, under the Open Database License. They can be incomplete or wrong.
05Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break any law.
06No warranty
Pulse is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the app, including lost entries.
07Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The latest version is always at this address; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
