01The app
Overlap shows the local time for people you add, estimates whether they are awake from hours you set, and suggests times to call. It is provided free of charge.
02Times and suggestions are estimates
Time zones, daylight saving rules, public holidays and "awake" hours come from public data and from what you enter. They can be wrong or out of date. Check important times yourself; we are not responsible for missed, early or late calls, meetings or events.
03Your content
Everything you add stays on your device, and you are responsible for it. Please only add information about other people that you are comfortable keeping on your phone.
04Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or use it to break any law.
05No warranty
Overlap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the app.
06Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The latest version is always at this address; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
